Can you send samples of your products?

I’m sorry, but at this time we do not send out samples without a purchase. At times, we offer samples as an online gift with purchase or when we launch a new line of featured products. To be included in these future offers, be sure to sign up for our email list.

Do you ship internationally?

LuLuCosmetics.com is currently unable to accept orders shipping to destinations outside of the U.S and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I change or cancel a submitted order?

Please contact us at 1-954-916-9411. We will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. Once an order is processing we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.
